In-scope tweaks — levels, EQ, balance, fades, tone — are free until you're happy, as one consolidated set of notes, within 30 days of delivery.

The clock starts on file acceptance
You pay, then upload. I review your files within 24 hours — usually a few. The turnaround (3–14 working days by service) starts when I accept them.
Cancel before acceptance, full refund
If you cancel before I've started, every penny comes back. Once files are accepted and work begins, the remedy is revisions — not refunds.
New direction, new job
Revisions cover the original brief. New stems, a new arrangement, or a change of creative direction is a fresh order — I'll say so before any clock runs.

Mastering lands in 3–5 working days, a full mix in 7–10, and a mix + master in 10–14. The clock starts when I accept your files.
WAV or AIFF at 24-bit. Leave around −6 dBFS of headroom on the mix bus and take any limiter off the master bus. For stem jobs, export consistent full-length stems from a single start point.
Free revisions until you're happy — no cap, no paid tier. Revisions are in scope to the original brief, consolidated into one set of notes, within 30 days of delivery.
